• However, if your deposit does not reflect immediately, please contact Customer Support so we can investigate the issue.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal processing time may take 15 minutes up to 24 hours, depending on the payment method chosen.

• If your withdrawal is not reflected after 24 hours, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

• Centwise withdrawal processing time: 3 to 14 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

To Check Your Transaction History:

1. Log in to your Trading Pro Client Portal

2. Go to Transaction History

3. Filter for Deposits or Withdrawals

4. Click on the transaction to view details

The transaction details will help you understand the current processing status.
