Why can’t I follow a provider? (Error: AgentIsInvalid)

If you encounter the error message “AgentIsInvalid” when trying to follow a provider, it is because the agent fee feature has not yet been activated in our system.

Solution:
We recommend that you advise the provider to leave the agent fee field blank when setting up the strategy. This will allow you to proceed with following the provider.
