Usually, clients can change their registered email directly through the Client Portal. However, in some cases where access is no longer available (such as a lost phone number, forgotten email credentials, or no access to 2FA), the change cannot be completed by the client.
In such situations, our support team can assist. For security purposes, video call verification via WhatsApp is required to verify the account owner before any changes are made.
