How do I update my residence details?

Our registered clients can update their residence details by submitting a Helpdesk ticket with a valid address document (e.g., utility bill or bank statement). We may also request the client to include proof of identity (such as a National ID Card, Driver’s License, or Passport) to verify that the account belongs to them.

Rest assured, all documents submitted will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
