In addition to Live Chat, you may contact us by submitting a Helpdesk ticket.

How to access the Helpdesk ticket

  • Log in to your Client Portal

  • Click the Helpdesk icon located at the top right of the Client Portal

  • Create a ticket and track its status (open, ongoing, or closed)

Our support team will assist you as soon as possible after your ticket is submitted.
