Do I need to reupload documents for every crypto withdrawal?

For security purposes, our finance team may sometimes request that you upload the documents listed in the Helpdesk ticket when making a crypto withdrawal.

This is usually required if the transaction details differ, such as submitting a different crypto address for a new withdrawal.

Otherwise, withdrawals can be processed without resubmitting the required documents.
