Clients who wish to terminate their Trading Pro profile must contact our support team via Live Chat or Helpdesk Ticket, as self-termination is not available.
When submitting a request, please state the reason for profile termination. Kindly note that requests made for the purpose of recreating a new profile will not be accepted.
Before requesting termination, clients are advised to withdraw all funds and close all open or pending trades.
Once terminated, access to trading platforms will be disabled.
