No. The same verified documents cannot be reused to create a new Trading Pro account.
Each Trading Pro account is limited to one profile per individual, based on one ID, one email address, and one phone number.
If your existing Trading Pro account has been closed, deactivated, or terminated, you cannot recreate a new profile using:

The same email address

The same phone number

The same verified documents
Multiple accounts under a single email address or identity are not permitted.
- If your previous account was closed, deactivated or terminated, you cannot re-register with the same documents, email or phone.
- You can only log in to the original login ID; creating a second account is not permitted.
